Last weekend was all about the Mercedes–Benz Fashion Show SS 2018 in Budapest, where talented designers from the Central European Region presented their work to the public. Let's see what they dreamed up for the next season!

Impressive location

The Museum of Applied Arts served as a beautiful location for the event, it's the third oldest museum of applied arts in the world. The building is a unique masterpiece of Art Nouveau by Ödön Lechner, just have a closer look at the details, the motifs and the Zsolnay tiles. Oriental, romantic and epic at the same time.

Let the show begin!

The Nora Sarman and Elysian shows set a romantic, spring mood in the beginning. I love Nora's appoach to romance by using lace, this fabric adds a touch of sweetness to your look. No wonder she likes this material, she is a brilliant master of bridal dresses as well. I loved the green Elysian dress, gorgeous color, feminine silhouette.

Pastel colors will be huge next year, the light shades paired with vibrant colors by Celeni are glamorous, these outfits will definitely put you in a good mood.

Innovative details: mix and match textures like leather jacket or jeans with chiffon dress is still in and how chic! It is definitely a must have piece for a strong and confident woman of today.

Bright peach, orange and lemon shades were stunning at Anna Daubner and Bodymaps, fresh and vibrant, look at that harmony!

Not only Hungarian designers presented their work in the show, I was amazed by the flawless pieces by Sonja Jocic from Serbia and the timeless outfits from the Croatian Blackpearl by Sara Lončarić.

It was reveling to see flat slippers and ballerinas. Thank God, being comfy is in style. Nude pumps are so flattering, always a great trick.

All in all: Natural, minimalist, bright look with modern and romantic elements is winner in street style. Today's women are open to the world, they love traveling, they are smart and confident, but mysterious in a way. Express yourself, highlight you natural beauty, feel comfortable in your own style and let the inner sparkle shine!
