My spring detoxifying diet
Honestly I've never been fan of these kind of cleansing programs, but I decided to try it at least one. I was looking for a program that's not so difficult to complete, and finally I've found the Dr. Steinberger 5 day cleansing routine. My aim was to boost my energy level and simply feel good. The program consists of 5 delicious juices, everyday you need to drink one bottle plus plenty of water and all you can eat is a piece of bread. I often made a toast out of the bread. I didn't find it difficult to keep these rules, besides this diet I often went for a walk in the forest and used the sauna twice.
